Happy St. Patrick's Day, to the Irish and non-Irish alike! I'm making corned beef, of course, this year using the same technique I did last year, but adding Survival Spice® to the mix this time.

It was good. I ended up doing a more traditional stovetop approach with the steamer basket, and it was great, too. It's a lot different than the old Valley Inn, for sure. I certainly recommend the Valley Inn for anything!
