Your Christmas/Holiday dinner

I have absolutely no idea what to make this year. Generally by this time I'm hankering for one thing or another, but it just hasn't hit me yet.

Any ideas? What are you making?

a side dish I'm gonna make is : infuse evoo w/ saffron&spanish pimenton & marinate cauliflower & whole shallots in it and then roast them. Then I toss in chopped Linguese for the last 10 minutes & mix together.
