The photo is tonights dinner. Seared Tuna w/survival spice rub, and grilled veggies. The picture isn't very good but the meal was great.

What kind of peppers? They look like Scotch bonnet. That would be the death tuna experience! The picture is okay, are you okay after eating those? Peace, Paul
They do kinda look like Scotch bonnets, we'll have to wait to hear what Steve says, I guess.
According to Steve, they're a sweet marinated Italian pepper. I'll have to check some out, they look great.
