Happy New Year to you and yours as well. I have some Chilebrown green chile sausage in the fridge slated for a grill tomorrow. Today? I have an 18 pound turky in the oven. It's slathered with bacon drippings inside, outside and underneath. I know everyone is tired of turkey, but dammit man. At 99 cents a pound with all that bacon love, how you can you pass that up? Not me!
Mmmm... turkey slathered with bacon. I can't wait to hear the reviews on the green chile sausage.
How about stuffing some sausages into that turkey?
