I am delighted that the NOLA restauranteurs vow to slice, dice and blacken again.
I am just worried about the state of shrimping, crawfish, catfish and oyster industries.
Rightfully so, sad to say, Jillian. Hopefully the local ecosystem can heal quickly. I've spent a lot of time there over the years.
