Love it or hate it?

Have you ever tried to make Hollandaise or Bearnaise?

Horror stories or tips to share? Me, I've got a few but I want to hear what you have to say.

Love it, love it, love it! In fact, I would say that if you don't love Hollandaise, you're dead inside. Ha ha.

The best recipe I've ever found is the one that came with my cuisinart. It's so easy and positively fool-proof. YUM!

Hollandaise in a Cuisinart? Love to see that one.

I made Hollandaise once, it came out perfectly, and I never made it again because it was just too darn time consuming.

Gail, there are simple ways to make hollandaise that take less than 20 minutes, including prep time. No clarifying butter, and it's very good.

I'd like to hear about the Cuisinart technique from Meg, if she's around this weekend.

My favorite is Bernaise. I'd be willing to buy and prepare a perfect filet just so I could make some Bernaise. Then I'd drink it. Now I'm going to go and think of new and interesting ways to serve up Bernaise.
